Jack Dohrman is the University Space Manager for Facilities, Planning & Capital Programs for the University of Nebraska system. He is responsible overseeing all aspects of the NU integrated space management system. The University Space Manager ensures that NU’s over 20 million square feet of campus space is utilized efficiently and effectively, and ensures that the allocation of all space meets the highest and best use in the context of institutional strategic priorities. Jack has 13 years of experience working in the Space Management and GIS fields. Prior to the joining the University in 2014, Jack worked as a project manager at GIS Workshop and was the GIS analyst for the Nebraska Legislature during redistricting, 2008 - 2011. Jack is a lifelong Nebraskan originally from the northeast part of the state. He attended Kearney State College and has a B.A. in Geography from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Jack and his wife, Heather, live in Lincoln and have three children.
