Olympian Meghan O’Leary joins the event as a keynote speaker. O’Leary is a four-time National Team member of the United States Rowing Team. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, O’Leary graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s in Arts and Sciences and a Master’s in Education. While working for ESPN in Production and Programming, O’Leary picked up rowing for the first time in 2010. She fell in love with the sport and by 2011, she joined the USRowing National Training Center in Princeton, N.J. Most recently, she has represented Team USA at the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. O’Leary serves on the USRowing Board of Directors and is the Vice President of Customer Success with InstaViser, Inc.
