BIOGRAPHIES
Timothy F. Clare, J.D.
Timothy F. Clare is a partner in the law firm of Rembolt Ludtke LLP, where he practices in the areas of estate and business planning, estate administration and probate. He has served on the Board of Regents for the University of Nebraska since 2009, representing District 1, and served as Chairman in 2013 and 2019. He is also the Vice Chairman of the West Haymarket Joint Public Agency, a three person agency overseeing the Pinnacle Bank Arena and the West Haymarket Development project. Clare received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, his Masters of Business Administration from Creighton University, and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Clare is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the Board of Directors of Union Bank & Trust Company, the Lincoln Community Foundation, and the Clyde Malone Center. Clare and his wife Amy are proud parents to five children, ages 24-31, all are graduates of the University of Nebraska, and they have one grandchild.
Jack A. Stark, Ph.D.
Jack Stark is passionate about the University of Nebraska, having spent his entire career working with the System as a teacher, author and mentor. Stark received his Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 1973. As a teacher, he has taught at all levels of education and on all the campuses. He has published numerous books and mentored individuals and student athletes as a sports psychologist. Dr. Stark established the National Center for Coaches to provide assistance to coaches and their staff, families, and athletic departments. He is active in the community and is married with three children and four grandchildren.
